A spa party is a private group spa booking where you and your group take over a portion of 205 Spa for a few hours of pampering, conversation, and shared celebration. Group sizes usually range from four to ten guests, although larger parties can be accommodated with extra notice. Each guest selects from a fully customizable treatment menu, massage, facial, body scrub, foot reflexology, or any combination, so everyone in your group gets exactly what they want while still enjoying the day together.
205 Spa in Saddle Brook has hosted hundreds of bridal showers, milestone birthdays, baby showers, divorce parties, retirement celebrations, and corporate wellness events. Our staff is fluent in coordinating multi guest bookings and we keep extra robes, slippers, and towels on hand specifically for groups. We can also stagger the timing of treatments so all guests finish at the same time, perfect for groups planning to head to dinner in nearby Hackensack or a show in NYC afterward.
Once you reserve your party, our coordinator will work with you in advance to confirm guest count, individual menu selections, allergies, and any special requests. On the day of your event, your group is greeted at a private check in area with robes and slippers waiting. Guests rotate through their selected treatments: often a relaxing Swedish Massage, a refreshing Foot Reflexology session, or a glowing facial: while others wait comfortably in our relaxation lounge with light refreshments.
We are happy to accommodate light food and non alcoholic beverages that you bring in. Many parties choose to bring sparkling cider, fresh fruit platters, or a small celebration cake. Photo opportunities in our beautifully styled lounge area are always welcome. Group discounts apply when six or more guests book together, and we are happy to provide gift certificates for the guest of honor or as party favors for everyone.
To plan your spa party, call us at 201-368-5244 at least two weeks in advance: three to four weeks is ideal for weekend bookings or larger groups during the wedding season months of May through October. A small deposit may be required to lock in the date, and the final guest count is confirmed 48 hours before the event. We will fully customize the treatment menu to match your group's preferences and budget.
